I’m actually not the owner of the studio. Basically I’m renting the space from the owner to train clients. He did say that if anyone came in looking for training he would split them between myself and himself. Therefore they don’t have a “membership” per say but they just purchase training sessions or classes.
I use direct mail and flyers within a 3 mile radius. Once I start signing up members, always get their emails. Once the members are no longer using the facility anymore, you can use these emails to reach out to them for lower costs memberships to bring them back through your door. Are you planning on using any type of gym management system or billing service for your studio?
