Kelli, after you performed your postural analysis, did you determine that your client needs what he/she suggests?
Too, did your client get clearance from her physical therapist? If he/she has gotten clearance, then the best person to speak with would be her physical therapist.

I agree with Joanne, talk to the doctor and find out about the follow up rehab program he/she got and go from there. Without a better understanding of the clients injury and recovery it is impossible to recommend exercises.
Good question, I haven’t used the reformer in that situation before.

This is the first one that comes to mind. As others have said, ensure clearance from doctor / PT to see what types of movements have already been prescribed and contraindicated.
The exercise linked can be done with several hand positions as well as variations of arm height when pulling back.
