Think back to your school days of gym and recess. The sky and your imagination are the limit. A fun drill is the group squat. Hold hands forming a circle anywhere from two to two hundred, squat down and up. All ages and sizes allowed to make for a better experience. Prepare for smiles and giggles along with broken grips and tumbles.

What size of group do you have, Leon? I ran small group circuits and medium group bootcamps for over a dozen years so I have a ton of ideas, but it would help if you could narrow it down a bit so I can give you something useful.
