Anything outdoors. I find that going on a cruise is actually great for your fitness. Most have some of the most amazing gyms, you stop at some very exotic places and can often go rock climbing, biking, swimming, hiking, etc, and you have your choice of food. That last part is dangerous but can also be super healthy.
They are usually outdoors-based. I haven’t done any yet because I haven’t had a vacation in so long I forgot what one is! It’s good to have one where you try something new, but I think a good vacation can also include a trip to a place where an activity or sport is very popular or easier to do than at home. For example, traveling to a place where bicycling is easier to tour, places with running tours, famous hiking trails, etc. Those are good places to start because they make use of what is already there.
Agree with the above – Camping/Outdoors
All activities during these trips require physical activity (hiking, kayaking, etc) and avoid the use of technology (HUGE impact). If your a true camper – food is hunted, gathered, or caught – therefore poor food choices and fast food are avoided.
