For me, it depends on the client and where they struggle. There are behavioral assessments you can give clients to see where they need support: family/friends, cooking methods, portions, snacking, boredom, stress, sleep, exercise, etc.
I look at it as an individual thing and we work on the areas they need the most help in to help them lose or maintain their weight.
