What are some all-natural ways to increase and improve circulatory function?

Movement on an incline if there are no contraindications.
I like my bootcampers carrying 8 lb medicine balls as a load factor
Sometimes I put a 10 lb weighted vest on and climb hills.

Stretch, roll, move, and repeat often!

Eating fresh garlic & ginger and drinking plenty of water should help. Yoga and other stretching exercises can also improve circulation to the joints.

I guess the question comes down to what do you mean by “circulatory function?’ It’s a very nondescript question. Any kind of cardiovascular or strength overload will accelerate blood pressure and heart rate. Come back with a more clearly delineated question.

move your body. –> Cardiovascular Exercise –> Cardiac Hypertrophy (Eccentric Loading)
improve your eating habits. –> this is dependent upon the person
Supplements –> if necessary
