what are good mobile apps
I’ve tried a few and I like myfitnesspro, though I would say I don’t work well with computer interface for this sort of thing. Of course, I never liked tracking exercise or calories by hand back in the day either. But the nice thing about technology is that one can still do the old hand written thing if one wants, the aps do not replace but extend possibility.
