I would like to gain/coach some of my clients online.
I will need to conduct a fitness assessment questionnaire and PAR-Q in order to personalize their program and also to gain clients. Also, I would like to coach them through this app to if possible.
I am on a shoestring budget and need to know what free or low cost apps/online services are available for me. I understand if I will need 2 apps but one is preferred.

I don’t have an answer to your question directly about apps for this…. But, since many of the assessments done on a potential client should be done in person (I’ve never heard of an app for this), you could at least do some of the basic “paper” assessments yourself. You could always develop something that includes the PAR-Q, height, weight, and age–and then go from there.
However, I think as a trainer, people will be looking for you to go through the assessment process with them and provide them with the guidance and feedback they need. Every individual is different and not all assessments will be the same for each person. It is really necessary to observe and view the client in person and his or her movement.

I assune you will be with someone while you are using the ap and are using it primarily to gather information to keep it organized for your clients. The main tests in a fitness assessment evaluate body mass index, resting heart rate, blood pressure, and aerobic fitness. Additional tests may evaluate body composition, lung capacity, flexibility and strength.
What specific tests are you looking for in an ap?
