I think the key point from everyone is that you can’t force a lifestyle change in someone else. As Danielle says, someone will change a habit when he/she is ready and not before. Just live your fitness lifestyle, and stay committed. Perhaps the message of how good you feel, how much energy you have and the equilibrium you enjoy will be a powerful message.
