There are many components that go into the strength of the hips and back pain. Namely, Spinal/core stabilization, abdominal strength, oblique strength, Anterior hip flexibility, posterior hip flexibility, hamstring flexibility, hip rotation, hip extension, ankle mobility, and foot strength.
It would be helpful to assess each of these and look for components that may break down and cause deviations from the feet moving upward toward the stable core.
