Coming back to this thread several years later. I still use my CrossCores several times per week (like TRX but anchor is on a pulley to allow for unilateral exercises and even left-right recruitment). It’s become a bit more of an accessory piece rather than a class built around it, but still an oft-used tool in my toolbox.
These days, I love using the CrossCore alongside a pilates reformer. I use the reformer to pattern well-aligned movement with only a few degrees of freedom. Then a more challenging but analogous exercise, still on the reformer but with more degrees of freedom. Finally, the third set is on either the CrossCore or the pilates tower for even requirement for the client to self-stabilize.
