I love it! Do you? I use the TRX system often with clients, both in groups and 1-on-1. How do you feel about it? Do you use any other system? … like the “Jungle Gym XT”… if so, which do you like better and why?
I like suspension training but it’s just another weapon in the arsenault. For the clients it’s fun for some & really scary for others. I’ve used standard (read: old school) ropes & rings as well as TRX but haven’t played around with the other brands out there yet.
