I love it! Do you? I use the TRX system often with clients, both in groups and 1-on-1. How do you feel about it? Do you use any other system? … like the “Jungle Gym XT”… if so, which do you like better and why?
We have the TRX system at our gym…. very few use it. I think like others have mentioned, it’s not for everyone. I currently see more interest in kettlebells…. maybe because it’s a little easier to learn/understand.
