I love it! Do you? I use the TRX system often with clients, both in groups and 1-on-1. How do you feel about it? Do you use any other system? … like the “Jungle Gym XT”… if so, which do you like better and why?
I use TRX as I do other exercise modalities. I don’t use it for everyone because in my opinion it’s not for everyone. Yet, I do use it when appropriate or when I want to add a different training stimulus to a client’s workout.
