As the day my physical tests aproaches, i’m pushing hard with success in my endurance and speed at running, but with swim classes and long jump training at the same time i am afraid to put in risk my efforts.i’m doing speed training to improve my 1 mile run but if i do just 3 in 3 days is it bad to lose endurance? what can you advice me about this interval rest training?
