Can any NASM trainers give me ideas on where to incorporate trx training into a clients program. I’m trying to determine whether trx is designed for stabilization training being that your body is always suspended and if so how to do you incorporate it into a strength and power workout. Thanks in advance.
The TRX fits well into the stabilization endurance, strength endurance, and power phases. During the stabilization endurance phase it can be used for almost any exercise. In the strength endurance phase you could do dumbbell bench press supersetted with a TRX push-up. During the power phase you could superset and a barbell front squat with TRX squat jumps.
