Transitioning clients to Autopay EFT
Hi. I am a personal trainer doing mostly group training. I want to start doing EFT (Monthly Auto pay) with all my clients. Right now I am selling packages of 8 sessions and 12 sessions and the paperwork and tracking is getting too time-consuming. My packages range $90 to $140. I use Paypal for my own use, but it appears that in order to use autopay with it you have to have a “premium account” and pay more to use it. I know of all the benefits of doing Autopay but I want to make this as smooth as possible.
Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks!
Hi Pete,
I have been through figuring out the most efficient easy way to do this and I think I have for me. I use pay simple and it is the easiest and the rates are fair and it does everything. Trust me it is the best I have ever used. I sign up people in the three month, six month and one year agreement but make sure the contract automatically renews. Have a lawyer check these out as laws differ from state to state I believe.
