Hi Michael, I did the Tough Mudder in July! It was am amazing experience! I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a physical and mental challenge. It is not easy! If you are not already following a fitness program you will definitely need to be on one. I highly recommend P90X, Insanity and Les Mills Pump. These got me ready to complete it with a reasonable time and comfort level. You will also need good nutrition. I used Shakeology from Team Beachbody and Hammer Nutrition products.
