I’m surprised to see answers to this question so one-sided! I would much rather have a workout partner than workout alone. There’s something special about a connection made with a friend over consistent hard work. It’s almost as if you build a better understanding of each other. I enjoy working out with a partner more than working out alone in all situations.
I like to workout alone if it is a gym type indoor door facility. But outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and running, I enjoy with a partner.
What is your preference?
I generally workout alone. However, I enjoy working out with a partner from time-to-time as it lends itself to some interesting and challenging partner exercises that I cannot do alone.

same as the others. The only one allowed (and most welcome) is my dog. I like to go at my own pace and enjoy not having to talk or explain or listen.
