same as the others. The only one allowed (and most welcome) is my dog. I like to go at my own pace and enjoy not having to talk or explain or listen.
I generally workout alone. However, I enjoy working out with a partner from time-to-time as it lends itself to some interesting and challenging partner exercises that I cannot do alone.
I like to workout alone if it is a gym type indoor door facility. But outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and running, I enjoy with a partner.
What is your preference?
