“The Death of Personal Training”
Did anyone register and attend Alwyn Cosgroves “Death of Personal Training” Webinar On 8.22.11? If so what are your thoughts about the presentation. Do you know your core values? http://www.repstorevenue.com/funnel_events/14932-death-of-personal-train…
Do you know if they are still offering the digital version of the repetitions for revenues, etc? I watched the 60 minute video and I extremely agree that semi-group training is the way to go. I had a One on One fitness business in Orange County for over 8 years and it was great, but it is challenging to grow, especially if you are one man warrior. You only have so much time in the day. Granted you make a lot of money training one on one clients, but after training 35 to 50 sessions per week and knowing what it feels like to have 70 hour work week, working 7 days per week, I think I want to leverage my time differently in this next business I am in the process of starting a new business in Portland, Oregon and this is the next business model that I am going to be taking from.
Thanks,
Kisar
Yes, I just watched it yesterday. It presented an interesting outlook, and I have to say I do believe it. I just wonder how it would work in a larger scale fitness center. We don’t have a separate group exercise room to take over. Also, I’m very curious about HIS approach to creating a “standardized system”.
