Testosterone Boosters. Do you have experience in them? Any clients that have used them? Im skeptical about their use.
Hi Bryant…I would be very careful using any type of testosterone booster…You do not want your body to be dependent upon outside sources for testosterone…There are other natural nutrition remedies to increase testosterone. I have outlined a few food items that you can find at a local grocery store to give your testosterone a natural boost:
-Raw Almonds
-Hard Boiled Eggs (make sure to consume the yolk as cholesterol is the prime derivative of testosterone)
-Brazil Nuts (be careful to not consume too many as these nuts are high in selenium…only consume 1-3 per day)
-Vitamin D (taken in moderation)
-Fermented Cod Oil (taken in moderation)
-Grass Fed Beef
These are just a few ideas that I have learned along my nutritional studies…Again everything must be taken in moderation as too much can be toxic and therefore ineffective and can cause side effects. But if you stay within the daily limit, you will be fine and be able to enjoy the natural benefits!
