Tell Me about the Agility Training Institute?
This is Andrew Neitlich from The Agility Training Institute. I’m biased, but I suggest you try our materials, created by speed & agility expert Rich Lansky. Rich starts by taking you through a 4-phase dynamic warm up to get the athlete ready for speed and agility work. Each phase warms the athlete up while working on balance and mechanics. From there, Rich shows proper form and mechanics for starts, stops, and running in straight lines. Then he moves into change of direction drills and gets into chaos drills. He offers sample workouts for different situations, as well as agendas for camps. Most importantly for many, his marketing materials are second to none. Rich is a thoughtful, highly technical trainer, and works with top amateur and professional athletes, along with youth in all sports.
