Sumo Squat

This is essentially similar to a regular squat with the exception of your foot position and width of your starting stance. With feet wider than a normal squat (perhaps about shoulder width or a bit wider) and with the toes pointing outward at about 45 degrees, you then perform a squat. Any doubt as to how this looks, take a look at the starting position of sumo wrestlers about to begin a match.
