It would be great if you know exactly what this client does on the cheer squad. Keep in mind the youth aspect and use a full body routine with tweaks for the weaknesses, imbalances and the cheer position they mostly assume.
Do you think you could watch a few practice sessions and speak with the coaches to get the best picture?
