This man is knowledgeable about exercise but does not eat well, is under a lot of stress , is lacking motivation and very busy. Would like suggestions from trainers that have worked with a very large client.
I suggest getting a Health Coaching certification through ACE. Having to lose 100 pounds is a daunting, laborious, time consuming endeavor, exercise alone is not the answer.
Also, I didn’t see a nationally accredited personal training certification on your page, are you certified?
