suggestions for traveling with dumbbells
Hi Melissa,
You can buy a cart that you can fit in your car (you can Google them online). Another option would be for your clients to come to your car and help you carry them (depends how evil you want to be) or get a backpack and carry as many as you can in one trip (this could be a great workout for you as well :-)).
I hope this helps.
Best,
Harris
Hello Melissa Sigler,
Educate them first so their smart. Kidding, haha.
I use a handtruck to carry adjustable equipment in a tub. Get the kind for stairs so it slides up instead of clunking up and down; but, it can scratch stairs. Use long straps to tie it all down and have fun getting that in and out of the vehicle.
There is no perfect solution; I get a workout getting to the clients’ workouts.
Take care,
Natalie

I’m with Susan and recommend that my clients buy some of the equipment that we’ll use frequently. I show them how to use it and then give them homework that focuses on the use of that equipment. Afterall, we can’t be with them 24/7, so workouts on their own are essential to them meeting their goals!
You can set up an account through Power Systems and put together a recommended training bundle.
Or, like the others stated, use a suitcase or cart to get things into and out of the house. Just take that extra time into consideration when scheduling sessions!
