Also when doing bent over rows, bench press, etc. when your palms are facing down or away from your face, the major muscles around the shoulder are stretched. Try doing bent over rows with palms facing forward, lite weight, and make sure her shoulders are dropped and chest out, it will help. replace overhead press with tricep pulldowns with rope not bar.
