studying for the NASM CES exam…

I’m in the process of studying for the CES exam and, for those who have already taken it, I would like some suggestions of what to focus on with my studies. Right now, I’m focusing on making sure I understand the compensations and rational for what to inhibit/activate. Any other suggestions? Should I be working on memorizing muscle actions, origins, insertions, etc?
Hi everyone! I’m not skilled in this question but I completely agree with Martin Petrofes. Also, information about how many pages is 3000 words at https://studymoose.com/how-many-pages-is-3000-words could be useful for studying for the NASM CES exam. This should help a lot.
