State of the art for fitness centers?

Hello Catherine Calder,
State of the art means nothing if people do not use it. I was the only one using the anterior tibialis apparatus. I would do a survey to see what the patrons will use and use that as a starting point. You could also go to other facilities at different times of the day, week and year to check out what is most often used. More often than not, the good old standby equipment is still the go to…the new replacement will be modernized. You may enjoy the process by allowing your clients to assist with the decisions, while building a deeper rapport.
Take care,
Natalie aka NAPS 2 B Fit.
