Skulpt Aim (BF%)
Before hearing about the Skulpt Aim, I was using Futrex to measure body fat. Skulpt Aim has been proving an excellent tool especially for this purpose as it is offering precise results. Hi Frank,
I never heard of it until now. It looks like a pretty good techniques to measure body fat. From what I have seen here, I would recommend it to those of my clients where it could be a motivator.
I am using Futrex to determine body composition. Because of challenges some of my clients have, I am cautious about using body composition goals. But it certainly can be a great tool for some.

I seem to recall that this is like a BIA for body fat percentage. The company claims that the device can measure muscle density or some measure of lean mass in a particular muscle. Apparently you use the data to enhance program design. It seems like a viable idea. But to me and most of my higher level clients, performance is a more important measure of what they want to know. As in reps/weight, vertical leap, 40 time, etc.
It is something that intrigues me, but I haven’t spent any time on really looking into it. And if I haven’t done the background research, I don’t consider buying something.
