Hi Mary,
the technique of the golf swing should be left to a golf pro but as trainers we can assist clients in developing the dynamic strength necessary to generate the force for a long drive.
I work with my avid gofers on exercises that improve dynamic hip extension, also with rotation, like a reverse wood chop but also single leg deadlifts.
