my club has been recently approached about adding nutrition tracking to our personal training offerings but I’m not quite sure if it’s going to be worth the investment. The software is supposed to help trainers recommend diet options for members while also helping members keep track of their nutrition intake to help them better reach their fitness goals. Does anyone have experience with a similar program?
Typically software like that is going to be spendy, and you may not get as many people using it as would be worth the extra cost. You can always use a free app, like My Fitness Pal, that seems to have most foods already on their system and makes it really easy to track, and whichever clients are using it you can ask to see what their meal plans are, macro ratios, etc.
