my club has been recently approached about adding nutrition tracking to our personal training offerings but I’m not quite sure if it’s going to be worth the investment. The software is supposed to help trainers recommend diet options for members while also helping members keep track of their nutrition intake to help them better reach their fitness goals. Does anyone have experience with a similar program?
the question that comes to my mind is whether your trainers are qualified to make such recommendations. I am sure you are aware of the ongoing debate of scope of practice when it comes to nutrition and personal training.
