Should I include static stretches in a dynamic workout?
Hi Ashley. Your question is a bit confusing in that you seem to be asking about how static stretching relates to an actual workout (not dynamic warm-up) – TRUE? If so, then yes, static stretching is definitely beneficial post-workout as Joanne has indicated above. If your question is really intended to ask about static stretching as it relates to dynamic WARM-UPS, then my answer would be different.
