If they’re in a gym setting and I’m employed by the gym, no.

Any situation where I’m an independent contractor, absolutely!

I agree with the others– always have a client sign a liability waiver. Standard procedure, and a step I would not leave out.

I would always have them sign the waiver. It takes half a minute and they’ll understand 🙂

Hi Robert,

That would be a big “yes” from me. I actually have people sign both an informed consent & a release of liability waiver form. You can never “CYA” enough!
