I love the rowing machine! The main benefit is that it is pretty much a full-body workout. Not only do you experience the cardiovascular training benefits, but also strength work throughout your entire body. Also a great calorie burn with low/no impact!
rowing machines can indeed be very beneficial because they provide a whole body workout. But I have also seen people hurting themselves, particularly their lower backs, when they do not observe proper mechanics.
