You can share that workout directly with you client, or you can copy the workout and modify it to your liking.

It helps to know what their workstation looks like. Then, do a postural assessment of the client; they all hold stress differently. Usually, they need to strengthen posteriorly and stretch anteriorly. Encouraging the client to get up every 30-60 minutes is beneficial…time to squeeze in a move, also.
