I love the element of rotation and resistance working together, which is otherwise very hard to attain. Also, it is great for clients who need to keep the heart rate up but can’t physically handle the pounding and wear and tear of running or plyometric training. Although the benefits of the Rip Trainer are notable, the TRX suspension trainer is in a class by itself. Thankfully, these two pieces work beautifully in concert.”
