I can understand the ideas behind it, but I have a problem with people using body weight for unstable exercises.
Most clients will need a foundation before using more advanced lifting forms.
Why add balance to strength when most people cant do one of them alone?
Sure, good for someone you’ve seen for a year or two, good for an athlete or healthy individual, but most people I see on these are neither.
