I had opportunity to use it at the 30th Anniversary of IDEA convention. I participated in a boot camp with Todd Durkin which was fantastic!

While I did enjoy using the RIP Trainer, I probably won’t make that investment. I actually prefer the good old-fashioned TRX Suspension Trainer.
