Insanity Workout Program Review
I think it does a great job of incorporating body weight and plyometric exercises that haven’t been seen and it markets extremely well. Pretty much all BeachBody stuff is all over tv and you can’t miss their hour long of testimonys. That being said the amount of intense plyometrics go against all we are taught about progression from unstable to stable, known to unknown, basic to complex, etc. If you are not already in some kind of “shape” then you are going to have a tough time making it through two months without some kind of injury.They do protect themselves by putting in small writing thatthe results are not typical and that it is not a weight loss program, but…………they sure do make it seem like it is lol
If you’ve been working out and need the next level – GO FOR IT!
If you are a gym newbie – TURN OFF THE TV AND GO GET A TRAINER LOL
