I send draft texts, emails and whatever the client and I decide will motivate them. The best motivator is paying for a session with me. Research shows that money is the best motivator. Finding a close friend or relative to do buddy workouts is also great. When the client knows I will be checking on them, via scale, they are also more likely to make healthy choices.
