You need to be more specific. How far into pregnancy is your client (or you) at this point? Also, the exercises need to be in line with the physician’s recommendations because there are many issues associated with pregnancy where exercise can make them worst. When I work with pregnant women I always have open communication with their doctor, so I can designed a workout program that will help them stay in shape and not create any health problems for the mother and/or the baby.
Each pregnancy is different and every woman responds differently to exercises. I had women who were able to train up to 2 days before they gave birth while others could only exercise only for a few weeks into their pregnancy.
