40 minutes not including a dynamic warm up or static cool down. Pick any 2 pieces of equipment that complement each other well.
Suggestions for equipment: Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Suspension Trainer, Sand Bags, Battle Ropes, Medicine Ball, Hi/Low Pulley (no other machines), Resistance Bands, Tires, Chains, or other similar equipment.

Medicine balls and free weights:
15 minutes/16 reps each side
Jump Squat Ball touch
Interlock arms/Squat/Extend outside leg/lateral raise with weights
Plank Jumps over each other
Lunge/Ball roll/ Facing partner both in a lunge/ball on ground at foot, roll the ball back and forth
V-Sit side ball toss
10 Minute Cardio- alternating Jump rope with jump ups
15 minutes/16 reps each side
Bicycles/feet together with partner
Lateral Hops/facing each other with ball tosses
Pushups/touch hands
Roll ups/ball toss
Mountain climbers/rows
10 Minute Cardio-repeating above if needed!
