40 minutes not including a dynamic warm up or static cool down. Pick any 2 pieces of equipment that complement each other well.
Suggestions for equipment: Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Suspension Trainer, Sand Bags, Battle Ropes, Medicine Ball, Hi/Low Pulley (no other machines), Resistance Bands, Tires, Chains, or other similar equipment.
Here are two out of the box low cost equipment/tools which you can use for a 40 minute (or longer) workout:
-5-6 lbs. bricks to put in the backpack (you choose the quantity)
Use your creativity as far as the workout goes, but here is an example:
-Choose a distance you wish to cover (3-4 miles) or if you have only 40 minutes for the workout then cover as much distance as you can in that time frame
-Every 5 or 10 minutes do some pushups, squats, lunges, crawls, burpees, etc.
-You can add some running if you wish
This is a full body workout that will improve your physical condition, strength and endurance levels.
