Personal Training, do you sell packages or individual sessions?
Hi Jane,
I have my own studio, and I do not do packages at all. I charge one price for each session and bill my clients at the end of the month.
I have different programs, though, and they have different prices.

I offer packages. I list the price of a single session ($10 higher per session than my 10 package. I also list a 5 session package ($5 per session higher than my 10 package. 99% of people go for the 10 & that is the fee that I want – no less. If you keep discounting further with larger packages, you’ll dilute your fee. Most of my clients can afford to pay more up front & would take advantage of the cheaper rate – so I don’t even want to give them the chance.

I know some trainers are not comfortable doing contracts or selling many sessions at once. I do prefer a discount to people committing to eight weeks or 12 weeks. I thought these packages are also priced differently. 1 time a week, twice a week or 3x or more a week get lower prices. I like seeing clients more each week to get better results. Just a thought or idea
