For example, my restorative class is all gentle stretch with focus on slow, rhythmic, breath. Even the stretches are supported by blocks and bolsters so it’s more releasing into a person’s existing range of motion than increasing their flexibility.
My BUTI yoga class, on the flip side of the coin, includes lifting our bodyweight in several planes of motion, so depending on the strength of the participant, that could be strength and / or endurance. Lots of balance. Some power in jump-forwards and jump-backs.
The adaptations to any program (yoga or another) are directly related to the manner in which the exercises are performed and the forces applied to the body (and objects contacted by the body). Each movement and pose in yoga may have the potential for creating the adaptations you listed. But the practice of the movements would need to be altered to for each desired adaptation/result.
