Managing Pain While Running
Hey! I have a question for everyone, why does sport on a regular basis. A few years ago I injured my back and knees, but after rehabilitation everything was ok. A few weeks ago I noticed the pain when I do sport more that 30 minutes. I visited the doctor and he says that everything seems to be okay with my health. Has anyone faced something like that?
I have a few thoughts about your problem. I broke mine both legs a few years ago in a car accident, and sometimes I feel pain. I noticed that it happens when the weather changes. Also, my friend said that it can psychosomatic problems. There is another theory. Sometimes the pain can cause uncomfortable clothes, shoes, bad habits and other things.
