Opening a gym location
I’m having conflict with a business “helper” about location.. I want a great facility and still easily accessible. I found a couple that are great for what we want.. It’s just not centralized. The helper wants to convince my main business partner that a more centralized location is best.. But problem is we can find an industrial building that fits our needs exactly.. they’re also more expensive and we’ll have to downsize our facility if we do. So my question is I need opinions on exactly how important is it to be centralized at the cost of all the aforementioned issues.. thank you all
Hello Abrian Montoya,
How far off are you from being centralized? How do the clients travel? In my area, traveling twenty miles one way is normal.
I would weigh the pros and cons with all the business partners. I would also survey the potential clients for their input on travel time and distance.
The bottom line is what your customers want; they are the ones who will support you and your business.
Thank you,
Natalie
